All flights advertised to which Crown Jets has access are owned and operated by a properly licensed third party air carrier with Part 135 or Part 121 authority from the Federal Aviation Administration (or other appropriate authority under US or foreign law) and Department of Transportation. OC Jets is fully compliant with US Department of Transportation part 295 and 298 Charter Broker rules. OC Jets does not carry additional liability insurance. Passengers are covered by aircraft operator insurance.
